Christmas Party

What a wonderful day!  We made reindeer food to sprinkle on the ground on Christmas Eve for Rudolph and his buddies, spent time playing with classroom toy favorites and the best part came at the end when we had our class party.  Thank you to the parents who brought food in and helped.  The kids had a wonderful time.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

Christmas is coming...

Today we made another special Christmas keepsake for you but you'll have to wait one more day till you get your bag of Christmas surprises your child has made.  We sent you home with a sneak peek - a jingle bell Christmas necklace.  The kids had fun wearing them the rest of the day and singing Jingle Bells. We are looking forward to our class party tomorrow at 11:15 and the school-wide Christmas Program on Friday at 9:15. Christmas cookies have already started coming in, please send yours if you haven't already.  We'll enjoy our fellowship time with you after the program on Friday and sharing these delicious treats of yours.

Tuesday and Thursday this week were very fun and busy. We played with some new classroom toys, practiced our Christmas songs A LOT, worked on fine motor skills with stickers and loved playing on the playground...when it wasn't cold and raining,

Fun Thursday

Thursday was a fun day - everyone was there!  

We spent time outside, celebrated a sweet 3 year old's birthday, practiced our Christmas songs in the Sanctuary and classroom, made Christmas goodies for you and played with our friends.

December happenings in the classroom

December is going to be a very special time in our class!  We are busy practicing songs for our Christmas program, making ornaments and other goodies for you each day, playing with friends from other classes on the playground and many more things.
